To succeed as your authentic & unmasked Autistic self in an Allistic society, you first must be self-confident.
I am Chris Mitchell, a late diagnosed Autistic and a multi certified life coach including confidence coaching who serves the adult Autism community. Specifically those who suspect they are on the spectrum, self-identify as Autistic, or are a late diagnosed Autistic discover, develop and grow their self-confidence to thrive as an authentic Autistic adult in a neurotypical world.
When you combine confidence with Autism you can confidently:
- self-identify as Autistic
- pursue an Autism assessment as an adult
- advocate for yourself including reasonable accommodations at work, school or anywhere else
- acquire employment or start your own business
- Pursue all types of relationships
- live life as your authentic Autistic adult
- and more
Being someone who suspects they are on the spectrum, someone who self-identifies as autistic, or a person who has received a late (in life) diagnosis of Autism can be challenging, overwhelming, and a blow to your self-confidence.
Between having to face a new identify for yourself, and the anxiety of how others who are not Autistic (known as Allistics) may judge you, along with the fear of rejection from your family, friends and colleagues, you are feeling overwhelmed about this new world you are entering.
I get it. I have been there. Although I was born Autistic, like you, I started off suspecting I was on the spectrum, then self-identifying I was Autistic until a counselor helped me find a psychologist who assessed and confirmed my suspicions of Autism.
Wherever you are on the Autism journey (suspecting you are, self-identifying as or a late diagnosed Autistic) I want to help you travel that journey (or any other journey you are on as an Autistic adult) and help you live Your Confident Autistic Life and thrive as a neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.
Through my coaching program, Your Confident Autistic Life (based upon my book “Success Starts with Self-Confidence”) we will work together to help you:
- Fully accept yourself as an Autistic adult
- Filter out the external and internal thoughts including ableism that damages your self confidence
- Discover, develop and grow into the self-confident authentic (aka unmasked) Autistic person you were born to be.
- And more
I will also connect you with support and resources that will help you live Your Confident Autistic Life.
Regardless of what your goal is, exploring the possibility you are Autistic, desire to pursue a late diagnosis of Autism, or anything else as an adult Autistic not diagnosed in childhood, lets connect via a FREE NO OBLIGATION 30 minute discovery call to discuss how we can work together for you to confidently succeed in life.
